What happens when a supplier changes their spreadsheet?
Columns bind by name; a missing required column stops the import with a clear report.
Can you sync with our CRM or accounting tool?
Through its public API, yes. I review the API and limits before quoting.
Will a bad file corrupt our data?
No. The import is all-or-nothing, and a dry run shows changes first.
