You pay for an outcome with a written scope, not for hours on a meter. Prices below are starting points per plan; the proposal fixes the exact price before any work starts.
Founding clients
My first 3 direct clients pay the founding price on one-off work — about a quarter less than the list price — until March 31, 2027. In return I ask for a short testimonial and permission to publish a case note, which can be anonymized. Monthly plans are always at list price.

01Terms
How pricing works.
- Fixed price, written scope
- You approve a short proposal with the price, scope, what is not included and the timeline. The price does not move unless you ask for more.
- Payment
- USD by bank transfer against an invoice. Under $1,000: paid upfront. $1,000 and over: 50% to start, 50% before final handover. Larger builds: monthly milestones, each paid at the start of the month. Plans: monthly, in advance.
- Entry offers are credited
- Assessments, reviews and discovery sprints are fixed-price first steps. The full fee comes off a follow-on project of $1,000 or more that you approve within 30 days. There are no free audits.
- Scope guarantee
- If what I deliver does not match the written scope, I fix it at no charge.
- 14-day fix window
- Defects in delivered work are fixed free for 14 days after handover. New features and changes by third parties are not covered.
- Report guarantee
- If an assessment or review report does not give you a prioritized fix list with effort estimates, I refund it.
- No rush fees, no 24/7
- Work is scheduled in US Eastern business hours. The only same-day service is Urgent Fix, booked by 12:00 ET.
- Quoted separately
- Hosting, AI model usage, licenses and other third-party costs; design and branding; content and data entry; scope that changes mid-project (as a priced change request).
