How working together works.
Calm, written and predictable: a fixed price before work starts, updates you can read at your own pace, and a handover that leaves you independent.
Seven steps · step 1 of 7
You send an inquiry
Typical: About 5 minutes to write · reply within 1 US business day
- You do
- Fill in the form on any service page, or press “Start a project”. Say what you have, where it is stuck, your stack and any deadline.
- I do
- Read it properly and reply within one US business day, Eastern Time — usually the same day. If I am not the right fit, I say so.
- You get
- An instant confirmation email, then a written reply with clear next steps.
A proposal, or a small first step
Typical: Proposal within 2 business days · assessments about 1–2 weeks
- You do
- Answer a few written questions if I have them.
- I do
- Clear jobs get a fixed-price proposal within two business days. Unclear ones start with a small fixed-price assessment.
- You get
- From an assessment: a written report and a fixed quote. The fee is credited toward a follow-on project of $1,000 or more approved within 30 days.
Thanks — two quick questions below. Once answered, the next step is one of these:
Read the proposal and approve it
Typical: Valid for 14 days · approving takes one click
- You do
- Read the proposal in your client portal — price, scope, what is not included, timeline — and click Approve, or ask questions first.
- I do
- Keep the price fixed for the written scope. Your approval is recorded with its date, so we both have the same record.
- You get
- A fixed price and a start date in writing, valid for 14 days.
- Scope & exclusionswritten
- Timeline3 weeks
- Fixed price$2,400
Invoice and start date
Typical: Work starts when payment arrives
- You do
- Pay the invoice in USD by bank transfer.
- I do
- Send the invoice, then start on the agreed date once payment arrives.
- You get
- Plain terms: under $1,000 is paid upfront; larger work is 50% to start and 50% before handover, or monthly milestones for bigger builds. Payment status shows in the portal.
- Upgrade · 50% to start$1,200
- 50% before handoverlater
- Due now$1,200
Delivery with written updates
Typical: As in the proposal · updates twice a week
- You do
- Read updates when it suits you and reply in writing. Calls only when we agree on one.
- I do
- Build the agreed scope and post a written update twice a week in the portal, with a demo or notes at each milestone.
- You get
- Milestones you can see at a glance. Anything new becomes a priced change request — never a surprise on the invoice.
- ThuQueue workers upgraded; tests green
- MonMilestone 2 done — demo notes attached
- ThuFramework on 11 in staging
A handover that leaves you independent
Typical: Final milestone · 14-day fix window after
- You do
- Check the delivered work against the written scope.
- I do
- Hand back every credential and write a runbook and notes on how it all works.
- You get
- A 14-day fix window for defects, and the scope guarantee: if it does not match the written scope, I fix it at no charge.
- ✓Runbook: deploy, roll back, restore
- ✓Credentials handed back to you
- ✓Notes on how it all works
- ✓Matches the written scope
Keep it running (optional)
Typical: Monthly · care plans from $195 a month, minimum 3 months
- You do
- Choose a plan if you want someone to keep looking after it — or leave with everything you need.
- I do
- Apply updates, check backups and make small changes on a monthly care plan, a prepaid hours block or as a part-time tech lead.
- You get
- Hours used and left, visible in the portal, plus a short monthly report.
- Security updates · backup check1.5h
- Small change request1.0h
What to expect, stated upfront.
- I take on a small number of clients at a time, so each one gets real attention. If I am full, I give you an honest start date.
- I work US Eastern business hours from Dhaka. There is no 24/7 on-call, no pager and no weekend support.
- Communication is written and async by default. Calls are for larger projects, at a time we agree.
- I do not take full-time roles, equity-only work, mobile apps or large enterprise procurement.
Payment terms and guarantees are on the pricing page.
