- Read the codebase first and match its conventions
- Build the feature end to end: migrations, models, policies, validation, API or Inertia pages, Vue components
- Add real-time updates (Laravel Reverb or Pusher), queues and scheduled jobs where the feature needs them
- Write tests for the new paths and keep existing tests green
- Open a pull request with a written summary and a short demo
