Can I extend the validity?
No, but buying a new block before the old one expires carries over up to 5 unused hours.
How fast will you start?
Usually within a few working days; I tell you the date when you send the request.
Can I use it for urgent issues?
Yes, at 1.5 block hours per urgent hour, same working day if booked by 12:00 ET.
What counts as time?
Work, code review and written replies. Short scheduling emails don’t.
What happens to hours I don’t use?
They expire at the end of the validity period and aren’t refunded, apart from the carry-over into a new block.
